Combining science with managerial skills and knowledge; Dara holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Jordan, and a Masters in Business Administration degree (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts - Amherst.

Her passion lies in improving the quality of healthcare and pharmaceutical services patients around the world receive.

Dara has experience in consulting for life sciences startups and working hand-in-hand with the founders to set and evaluate the business plan and strategy, discussing the key milestones and ways to achieve them, and identifying potential funding sources such as venture capital or partnerships.

Dara has a particular interest in continuous improvement and process optimization, agile project management, effective change management, and lean. As a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), and a Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification holder, and with her education and experience, Dara has the required knowledge and skills that allow her to effectively lead various projects and implement lean practices across organizations.
