He holds a bachelor's degree and Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry and a Doctorate in Business Administration (International Business), granting him a multi-disciplinary and comprehensive perspective that offers a realistic approach to problem-solving that fits the framework of the manufacturing industry.

His multi-dimensional experience covers a wide array of key critical areas due to his involvement with, and leadership of, different technical departments in multiple functional disciplines such as quality control and quality assurance, manufacturing operations, research and development, site and facility design , and set-up start-ups and more. At the same time, his education and executive positions in business administration enabled him to give any organization he is involved with a competitive advantage.

Among his several achievements, he successfully led and managed over 300 to 550 employees for more than two decades in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, formulated quality systems compliant with national and international relevant regulatory bodies, implemented multiple strategies and planning initiatives, and directed the development of an effective interdepartmental communication system for the enhancement of organizational performance.
