“Founder of Pharada with passion to contribute to industry and social advancement in developing countries.
Safwa established Pharada with the mission to help and support organizations through their advancement and growth journey to unlock their potential and shape their distinction to survive and excel in this volatile, ever-changing environment. Safwa believes in the potential of people and organizations and realizes the obstacles and challenges they face.
During her 30 years experience in pharmaceutical industry, engineer Safwa Al-Musa has undertaken several executive roles in Pharmaceutical and health companies which have provided her with extensive experience in each functional area of the industry.
Quality management with all its components and challenges including quality system establishment and management, leading and managing regulatory inspections and sustaining the required level of quality is a major part of her knowledge and expertise that she contributed to the industry through the multiple consultations and training workshops she delivered over the years and across continents in the different subjects from cGMP to QRM, QBD, CAPA, Change Management, qualification and validation, facing regulatory inspections and more.
During the past ten years, Safwa was involved in a critical area of the business that many organizations do not give enough attention to; this area is the Strategy Management . Most organizations sink into the operational day to day tasks and forget to quantify the value of these operations and their impact on reaching the business goals, this leads in most of the organizations to less effectiveness of the operations that might misleadingly sound efficient.
Coming from a strong technical, quality and regulatory background and certified as Kaplan-Norton BSC graduate enabled Safwa to create the right link between strategy and operations in different occasions and diversified health industries. This linkage is what many organizations lack and thus leads to their failure in strategy execution and in fulfilling and meeting their regulatory and quality standards.
Eng. Safwa has a rich record in establishment of new functions, new departments, new roles and new achievements, and is equipped with the skills to enable and nurture positive change in the organizations. She helps organizations integrate their efforts and strengths to grow, refine their operations, and enrich their competitive advantages and thus excel and achieve their strategic and business goals while sustaining their organizational values.”
